I have a Gazelle Esprit C7 with Shimano Nexus gears and roller brakes. Does anyone know if and how my bike can be converted? Thanks for replying :)

A front hub kit would probably be easiest. It won't interfere with the gears or the crankcase and it looks as if the forks should be plenty strong enough.

I'd recommend Woosh (https://wooshbikes.co.uk/), Yose might be a bit cheaper, and Swytch worth looking at.

it's difficult to convert a bike like the C7 which has hubgear (so no rear motor) and front roller brakes (fork does not have bosses for rim brakes or disc brakes).
Your best choice is to fit a crank drive such as the BBS01B.
You'll lose that lovely chain guard.
Also, Gazelle fits their horrid bottom bracket to most of their bikes.
Post a picture of the left side of the bottom bracket, if it's their old horrid bottom bracket, you'd need the help of a bike shop to take it out.
This is the kit I would recommend:
