How much difference betwwen 32 and 34 tooth first gear?

Is there going to be much difference in a 32 and 34 tooth first gear. My existing cassette has a 32 tooth and the megarange has a 34 tooth. Would I gain much by going for the 34 tooth in hill climbing ability.

There's a 6% difference so it would help on hills, however the Megarange step to 2nd gear would make it much harder on hills. If you want lower gearing you're better off dropping a few teeth on the chainring.

I agree with Mussels, that small change at the rear wouldn't be a good net gain with the unwelcome addition of a huge step between the lowest two gears. The chainwheel change would be better.
