How do I remove the speed restriction on ebco UCR 10 please?

I've recently bought a 1 year old ebco UCR 10 whilst waiting for my 3 month delayed Swytch kit.
It has the LED DP06 control display.
Does anyone know how I can easily remove the speed restriction please?

Not via the led, may be poss via controller but you will need to show us the wiring from controller. If there is a thick white data cable/plug then no without the programming software.

i recently bought the ebco tr60 trekking e bike, i also have the logix line diagnostic tool and the logix software.
i was hoping to increase the speed on my bike but the software wont let me do it.
