But you cannot live for more than 90 midnights in the UK,you must have no income in the UK and you need a close relative who is not a UK domicile...
The midnight rule is easy like Green you just need an exec aircraft, £48million would do,just make sure you take off before midnight.
You also need a complicit and wife you can trust,Mrs Green is a South African domicile that you can divert all the profits and dividends to,hope she is generous with her gifts, hehe and don't stray the 100 % key could prove very expensive, hehe.
Also you need some clever, read expensive accountants and lawyers to keep your trading in such a manner that you don't stray from the rules.
You also need a thick skin to brush off everybody thinking what a .....you are.
I actually like the UK and prepared to pay tax so that it can be looked after.

The Channel Islands are tax havens with extremely low rates of local tax payable. All you need is a "Mailbox", aka an accommodation address. Here's an example in Jersey, all the details in this webpage:

.
But don't live there, the tax rate is low but you have to guarantee paying a minimum amount of tax, really only applies to high earners.
Also property for non domicile Jerseyers is incredibly expensive.

Agreed, and the trading tax advantage for an outsider needs to be for a smallish operation, or HMRC sniffs out the scam these days.
