HI All, I have a HIMO C26 MAX Commuter Electric Road Bike, all good except the nylon clutch/planetary gears have worn away making it useless.
I'm trying to replace the gears as I have already respoked and re rimmed the back wheel.
I'm very reluctant to scrap a good bike. any help appreciated
I did email the UK distributer and to say they showed no interest is pushing it in their favour.

part number on the clutch is dgwh2 202008 0584

Due to the worn Teeth its difficult to identify if its a 30 or 31 tooth gear.62508

Count the teeth on the inner, the outer and the planet gears. They are related by a formula. If you know two of them, you can calculate the third.

HI, thanks Matthew, 31 teeth 41mm 11.5 thick, however the ones i have got twice now (ordered from different sellers) need a shoulder on the three clutch pegs to carry them. Hence I need either the clutch or a whole assembly. regards
