Hi newbe here my names Ralph live on the pennine way nr Halewood Knowsley.

Need help I ride a Amtryk us 2500 trike .It has a Hienzman direct drive 250w hub motor in the front weel ,im getting a 05 error notice on the control panel.ive checked all the conections and there all clean and dry. The manual just says torqe sensor but the only way of checking is with computer software

Can't help and it is not a common system for the UK.
The fault could be the TS or the TS controller.
One can try registering on the pdelecforum.de which is a far bigger forum and some members have a far better knowledge of software/programming then on this forum.
They have sequenced and re programmed KT sinewave controllers to work with TS hubs and mid drive and done all sorts or soft ware/programming also in tandem with members on ES the American forum where input comes from all over the world.

Thanks Ive been in touch with get cycling in York they have the software to test my system,it may mean I have to take the bike to York,the mechanics going to ring me on Monday.
