August 11, 20223 yr I've just charged it as it was on 46v when it arrived. It charged to 52.7v. I left it on charge over night for the BMS to balance but it still read the same this morning. I double checked with the volt metre incase the 850c wasn't registering right. My concerns are surely it should be nearer 54.6 v for the BMS to balance and should I be returning the battery to the supplier?

August 11, 20223 yr A link to the battery seller/site. The charge is an average of 4.05v per cell so yes it is shy of a full charge. Then again are the BMS specs intentional to balance at a max 4.05v ? I for one and a lot of other users would be happy if 4.05v was a max charge as cycle life would be great.
