Iam new here iam looking to buy a folding ebike for my father with no more of 600 euro with throttle and to be able to help him uphill about 30digrees another important thing is support and suspension that I would like my ebike to have any post of you would be helpfull

Not going to happen for 600.
Basic crappy cheap ones start at about £500 but they won't have a HT hub to get you up a 15% gradient.

Expalin the 30 degrees a bit more as that in gradient terms is over 50% or >1 in 2.
