i also have no crankset what would be a ok option to put on this?

It's a fat bike so looks like the BB shell is quite long, you need to measure the BB sheel width to see how long a BB you will need. Std bike sizes are 68mm though some are 73mm.

Fat bikes aren't my thing but one assumes that is a 120mm BB, I thought most FB BB's were 100mm but tht certainly isn't. 120mm isn't common.
The actual shell looks to be 120mm so I would think you need a 120mm SQR JIS BB and a square taper crank set. Don't take my word for it, you will need a second or third opinion.

The bits you are measuring look to be the remains or parts of an old BB they need removing /unscrewing to leave a clean shell.

JIS is the std for all square taper and believe that is what they are all made to.
The thread should still be std english thread.
First though one needs to remove the remnants to leave a nice cleaned up shell then one should see a 120mm measurement, as I mentioned 120 is not a common width shell.

Brilliant thankyou yes it is a long bracket that's why I may lean toward a whole new frame that can take more universal BB

That is a more reasonable price than I was expecting for such a specialist bottom bracket. I bought this M-Wave bottom bracket to fit into a Carlton road bike that has damaged threads, its the type that screws into itself rather than the bottom bracket of the frame so is universal with italian frames as well as damaged threads etc and was quite impressed with construction for a very reasonable price.

Brilliant thanks mate, I will get these ASAP hopefully amazon have them all.
The bottom bracket I linked to was just for standard bikes not fat bikes but just an indication of how competitively priced M-Wave products can be and yet they seem decently well made. I think it was 113mm or 115mm the one I got, something like that and that was the full axle length. Sounds like the bottom bracket you need is going to have a total length of 150-170mm for the axle length if the middle shell bit is 120mm on its own.

Some fat bikes have an overall BB length inc the axle of 190mm.

Wonder if I should just get a totally new frame then.

Instead of looking for one of these if the bb ever got damaged I would be back in the same boat looking for a needle in a haystack lol
