Hi All,
I have a controller from BMS battery as part of the 09 bottle kit but the controller has stopped working recently after being golden for 4+ years, the system powers on but does not show the battery remaining or provide any power. I have opened it up and disassembled it from the housing and can see there is a resistor that has worked loose / sheared somewhere.
For the life of me, I cannot figure out where it should be seated. The controller is a sine wave integrated controller for 09 bottles similar to this:
https://bmsbattery.com/home/1069-18294-sine-wave-controller-for-09-case.html#/137-color-black/497-voltage-36v
Image of the resistor on the underside of the BMS unit attached:
Does anyone have any experience of this, I have emailed BMS Battery but given they are based in China i don't expect a response anytime soon.
Any help would be massively appreciated, I don't want to throw this one away and start again if I can help it.
Many Thanks in adavance.
Matt.
