Help please

Hi guys
you have been very helpful in the past I wonder if you can help / advice again

i have a bit twin folding bike that worked intermittently but has now packed up all together now iam no expert but I have checked all the wires for continually
and all seems ok so I then decided to take the controller out and after reading how to check it appears it’s the controller is at fault
so can any advice were I can hopefully get this exact controller with the julet connections on it please

It's a no name OEM supplied item so you won't get one unless a Bet twin seller can source one.
The best solution is to replace the controller and display with a KT/Kuenteng model.

One can get then on Ebay, Amazon or from Chian via Ali exp, PSW power & topbikekit.
Also torquetech uk seller who is a forum member.
You will need the 24/36 15a controller and a lcd3 or 4.
The battery connection may need changing as the bullets types are a bot rubbish. If you want PAS or throttle best to also add one of each as they are cheap if you want waterproof connectors.

like you said the controller and the display is all I need
i was hoping you could point me to one on Amazon has I live in Spain and I have to be careful with import tax and custom duties etc

There is a Spain company that sell mxus kits and kt controllers and stuff but can't think of there name at the mo.

A "bit twin"? Do you mean a "B'Twin"?

If so, it's standard Decathlon store fodder, who do have branches in Spain and could likely supply an original part. Better though to upgrade to KT as others here suggest.

This is a AliExpress link and shows what you need, where ever you buy from show us the items you find so we can make sure they are correct (If wanting to use another source to buy from ).

This is the controller with easy fit connectors, it also needs the 1T4 trunk cable that is included as well.

Whether one can find the items on Spanish amazon or ebay only you will know.
The Ciclotek don't appear to sell a 24v controller.

Yes I sent them an email today and actually got a reply back to say they don’t do 24 volt
quite chuffed I got a reply very unusual to get a reply back unless units about 3 weeks

Don't know if that PAS connector is compatible with KT Julet ones, is there any name embossed on the connector ? Julet 3 pin has a Yellow inner section.
It isn't to dissimilar to a KT V12L PAS unit that has little nylon splines and simply pushes in to the BB bracket castellation's.

UPDATE
since last talking to you by pure luck I managed to get the exact same controller brand new
so I thought hey presto connect it up problem solved
unfortunately not
so with my limited experience this is an update of what I have done and hoping I have forgotten to do something
i have done a continuity test on all the cables including pulling them out the frame and bending and twisting them
fitted brand new controller
check battery is charged and holding full capacity
all lights come on when switched on
but still nothing
when I originally checking wires I came across like a sharp bend ( kink) so carefully removed outer sheath and it had nicked one of the plastic only on the wire but the wire had not Broken through
is there away of by passing the pedal sensor?
it has 3 pins
then the only thing left would be the wheel motor

Test the motor Halls for a fault with voltage via the 5v rail, one will need battery power and all connected up.
HallSensorTesting.cdr (ebikes.ca)

If the Hall test is ok, try checking the controller mosfet's, no power needed and looks for resistance failure in the mosfet.
Simply test the controller disconnected form the bike.

just want to ask you a question before I start cutting wires open
i did this test of the original (old) controller and according to this test it was faulty
so I have just done the same test on the new one and this also showing up faulty
now I know it’s very unlikely but it is possible the new one is faulty
any thoughts please ?
or this test unsuitable for this controller?

I nealh
according to the one I used online I set my my meter to continuity
place one probe on the black battery feed coming into the controller
the proceeded to check all the wires and none should make a sound
but at least 2 of do make a sound on both units
