I am trying to source an e-bike similar to the attached photo.

20inch wheels, 250 motor 25km/h max speed.

I have seen similar on Alibaba but am concerned about CE markings, import duties and dumping duties which would push the price very high.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Depends what you mean by 'looks like'. https://wooshbikes.co.uk/?rambletta has same general shape and UK legal specs, but not the same angular look.

Thanks, I had seen the Rambletta but was looking for something a little more modern with the frame shape.
