I would like to buy an e-bike to get around during this virus but my budget is max £1000. Would very much like a step-through frame, ideally a range of >30 miles. Many bikes have sold out or seem to have increased in price recently so I would really appreciate some help to find a good value-for-money bike. Thank you so much,

Laurence

Woosh have limit stock so not sure what is left.
Have a look at Raleigh design bikes marketed under the Kudos cycles brand name.

The old Safari still has some merits and at a bargain price <£700, the slightly heavy lifepo4/li-phosphate battery is pretty bullet proof and if looked after properly should see about 10 years of life.

A strong Bafang front hub motor with optional throttle and front suspension forks.

PAS/cadence drive utilising 8 spd Shimano Nexus hub gears means no derailleur just a simple twist of the wrist to select a gear, stop in wrong gear simply twist it to select the gear you want it will auto automatically change down or up without the bike needing to move.
Comes with rear rack battery and panniers, front/rear lights wired in.

Fitted mudguards, bike stand, springy seat post, extendable security cable lock, chain guard and even one of them front fork spring stabilisers to stop the handle bars from flopping side to side when you take your hands off the bars.
Only real disadvantage is it is a heavy bike at about 30kg, but it has everything fitted and even should have a bell.

The most ebike you will ever get for your £700 if it is to your liking.
