HELP needed !! Identify plzzzx

Ok I have been using a new screen and controller I purchased, other than figuring out the settings with no manual it's been fine, actually really good BUT there is absolutely zero online I can find about this thing, no one on earth seems to have the same display, please does anyone recognise this display ,, I actually have model number on the back of it ,, and still zero Information, the guy couldn't or wouldn't tell me where he purchased or how , and seems to be a 1 of 1 , but actually has #2 sticker on the back also I was just told its a T5 display ? ... Very annoying, I've set my bike up ok but I've noticed that the display has both Bluetooth and NFC functionality?? But with no manual and no ovb way to access this function model T5S- VA003
