Help needed for my kalkhoff tasman

Hi can anyone help with my bike kalkhoff tasman

Went for a ride last night was working fine no problems

Went to take it out this morning and the pedal assist isn't working anymore the led lights up as normal apart from when you turn off it says bye followed by a code c004

If anyone can help at all would be great as just out off warranty now
