Hello guys ive lost keys for my fiido d1 old type small wheel bike with the small wheels can the bike be started without the keys or is it useless

Stolen Electric bike Fiido D2

Space grey, some white scratches on the frame and on the bars. There is a grey dot mark on the speed meter. Stolen from Bridgeton area in Glasgow.

No thats just the better way of describing it I bought and a xiamoi scooter the last owner ladies lost the keys i just wanted to see where they worth it before I bought them no I didnt steal them I drive a top of the range sline audi a5 why would I steal a bike here is addd were I bought the bike from
