Hi,

I had an accident on my bike yesterday and some of the wiring has come loose inside the electric box that is in front of the handlebars on my Freego Wren - photo of the inside attached. The wiring goes into little plastic connectors that fit together. Inside those plastic connectors are little metal plugs and the wiring on one side of the plug has come out - photo of plug attached. Is there a way of getting those metal plugs out of the plastic so that I can rewire it? If not is there somewhere that I can buy new plastic plugs?

Many thanks for your help.
Kerry

Use a needle or something thin in the contact end to try and press down the small barb then they should push out.
They are similar to JST/SM connectors, but might not be the exact ones.
SM2 for two wires, SM3 for three wire etc, etc. You will need to crimp/solder the wires to the new pins if they aren't a match for yours.

You can buy those conectors on Ebay.

I don't have a crimp tool for the terminals, but I find that I can crimp them OK using 2 pairs of small pliers - one to hold the pin while I work work it round the wire and crimp with the the other.
