Help! - ebike repairs in Wales or southwest??

Hi all - first post - I have an Oxygen e-mate and its just stopped working :-( - battery seems to be charging ok but the controls wont turn on (flicker occasionally but wont stay on) and I cant find anyone to even look at it in Cardiff - willing to travel so any advoce on who I can contact about this to get it fixed would be much appreciated - TIA

If the display doesn't switch on then the issue is between battery and display.
First one needs to check battery output voltage with a cheap meter to ascertain correct voltage rather guess.

There are lots of versions of the E-mate. Which one have you got? A picture of the control panel/display and the wiring in front of the handlebars will show which one it is.

I have an eMate too, 2014'ish model. I am no expert but I would check all the wiring connections incase one is loose, or damp.

Try Atmosphere Bikes in Bristol. That’s where I got my Oxygen CB Scross from recently. Very helpful guys and parking is easy nearby for free 30 mins.
