i have a 2000w back hub motor s866 LCD and its been on the bike for a while needing a battery installed a battery tested (no load) and worked i only throttled it for about 3-5seconds left if at that
Next day installed torque arms and it wouldn’t throttle (there is an E07 which was always on from the start and an M above it) redone all the wires multiple times ensuring good connections (All wires other than LCD and Throttle are hardwire/twisted and used shrinkwrap) and still nothing i realised 2 splits at the axle where the motor comes from, 2 hall sensor wires Yellow and red thin wires. I seen the yellow a while ago and forgot about it which i thought that was the issue when i seen it but spoke to my mate who wired the kit beforehand and he said thats fine was never wired there anyway and it was throttling fine.

Im hoping someone can help in any way be appreciated

Bare wires and high current connections made just by twisting wires together, and all not insulated.

At a guess, two bare wires touched and something got damaged.

I would do the hall sensor and MOSFET tests to eliminate most common damage, then fix the wiring properly, then retest.

If any of those bare wires touched when you were trying to run the motor, you would probably blow a hall sensor in the motor. You need to test them now with a meter.

it was all shrinkwrap insulation tape then like i said tested left it that night next day installed torque arms and no throttle.

All the pictures of wires are from today… where i’ve made sure they’re all good connections

I can't see any good connections! Twisted wires with or without heatshrink are not good connections even for testing. Use proper connectors, butt splices or solder and heatshrink.

You get that code when there's a problem with the motor cable, so you must have damaged something when you fitted the torque arms. Did you check the motor cable in that area? Is there any chance that those bare connections touched while yoy gave the motor power?

A good overriding reason to practice or learn soldering. Fortunately, this forum is teeming with soldering sensei dudes of great magnitude.
