Handlebar grip throttle - Woosh BPM 350

Is there a handlebar grip I can fit to replace the thumb throttle?

Have you used a twist throttle before. IMHO they're not as good as thumb throttles because they go off when you're pushing the bike, and you can't pedal so well because your hand is not properly anchored. Also they break if you hit a bump when you're pedalling hard uphill with the throttle against the stop.
