I work for the NHS, based north wales looking to get an e bike via C2W. Have checked with HR and the admin for our scheme says can’t go over £1000.
Am 6”2 and just over 15st, also unfit - Not ridden a bike since I finished my paper round in the 90’s! Will be using for commuting approx 5-15 miles each way - (work at different sites each day, will be mostly under 10 miles each way), and getting around locally - on road only. Ideally a detachable battery would be good to charge at work.
Looking for an e-bike with min value £650 as salary sacrifice will then push me down to a lower pension bracket saving £1500 over the year. Can’t go over £1k so will be an entry level bike but hoping to have something reliable to last until the lease finishes.
