Both bikes are interesting but because it's not possible to test them right now, I'm asking honest opinions from you all. If somebody has tested or used them, I'd like to hear how Yamaha motor works and feels and where is it possible to buy spare parts for Yamaha.

One question is the size. Im only 173 cm and have the feeling that 29'er might be too big for me. Is it possible at all to have 29" wheels size and make the frame small enough for my size?

Having test ridden both systems, my personal preferance is the Yamaha. The Sduro comes in a 45cm frame that should be perfect for you even with the 29" wheels.

I'm 170cm tall and went for the sduro 27.5" hard tail and still had to cut the saddle support down my about 25mm.
Fits me perfectly and the Yamaha Definatly has the edge over the Bosh motor.
Not enough to make a buying decision and if I could have purchased the Ktm macina 27.5" at the time I would have done.
Though I ride a KTM EXC and a local dealer on the door step.
However I was not prepared to wait until June here in the UK.
After riding many ebikes I went for the Haibike

Hi Tinu,

Where are you based, you say its not possible to view the bikes. I am [presuming you are not in the Uk then?

I have both the sDuro AllMtn RC & FullNine RC in stock with the Yamaha.

However both are different bike for different riding styles. So rather than say which one is best, you should take a look at what you are using it for and choose the most practical for your needs.

If you are in the UK, feel free to drop me an email to arrange to come and talk through the bikes in person.

Yes me! Heres my full review of the Yamaha eBike system.

where is it possible to buy spare parts for Yamaha.
Forgot to add I have all Yamaha spares here in stock. You will not find them listed on our website as present as we don't want 3rd party bikes / other dealers sucking up our stocks, which we go out of our way to obtain and hold here.

We just keep them reserved for our customers should they ever be required.
To my knowledge we are the only guys in the UK to actually have spares at present.

I tested yesterday Haibikes Sduro Trekking (Yamaha motor), Sduro Fullnine RC (Yamaha) and Xduro 27,5 Allmtn (Bosch). Trekking model is awesome road e-bike, the best I have tested and I was thinking to buy one immediately after test session. But..but..but.....the seller suggested me to take one round in snowy forest and paths with Fullnine RC and I must say that I felt 40 years younger when I came back.:DThe only question left was the size of the bike. Next week it's possible to take a look at 45 and 50 size Fullnine RX (red) and it seems to me that 45 is my size. Trekking model is absolutely all I really need but Fullnine is so FUN and it's agility and ability to move forward in snow and soft forest surprised me totally. Apparently nobody knows how Yamaha motor works in long run but I'm ready to take that kind of risk because I have had many Yamaha products in the past and no problems at all.

Some wrinkles may emerge with the Yamaha motor, but there are some with the Bosch, which is your alternative so you would be no better off.

I think the majority of Bosch motors are reliable - I've had no bother with my two - and I would expect the Yamaha motor to be the same.
