If it's to protect from just stone chips, then use heli tape, and for anything else, just make your own, or possibly see if a Muckynutz frame guard would work.
I can't remember which make that I once bought, but I soon gave up with the idea of it. It might have been Crudcatcher or similar.

If you can propel a full sus mountain ebike at 50mph+ on a dirt path you should change your user name to Clark Kent.

The Muckynutz front guard works brilliantly in preventing mud etc from flying up into my face, but beyond that I can't say that I ever noticed or even had debris or mud particularly flying up at me from the front end of the bike.

Front sprocket wise, when the subject has come up with other Bosch users when out on rides, the conclusion has always been that the gearing really needs lowering for off road use. I'd certainly take this option if I could go lower than the 15 tooth that is currently fitted. I find it too high for most of my off road use. If a 12 tooth sprocket was available, that's the direction that I'd take.

Out of interest do you have a Strava account? It would make for interesting reading to see how your bike with a dongle fitted, and soon to be fitted higher gearing, compares to my standard bike in relation to average speed statistics etc. It would also be interesting to see the proposed 50+mph when the front sprocket fitted.

According to Strava on one occasion in the wet, I have hit 50.6 mph down this 1 mile long road, which has an average 9% gradient.
Using the KTM, the most that I have achieved in the dry is 41mph, recorded just a few days ago by Strava and a camera on bike. Unless it's off Beachy Head, I can't see how you are going to get 50mph off road. I can't knock anyone for trying though. :)

i have strava on my phone but my batts knackered so only last 10-15mins ;(

m8 has it tho so will use his when i go to the forest again.

tbh i can hit 30 with hardly no effort down the canal paths atm just i run out of gears and i got a broken arm so dont want to crash it again lol.

as for going down hill with a bigger sprocket at front im not that nuts just i want to see how far i can push it top speed wise.

Well that took some time to find. :)

I was riding the 2013 Haibike Xduro Cross with it's Shwalbe Marathon Plus tyres, and very much doubt that I could repeat it again on the current bike, or at least on it's current tyres. They max out down there at about 41-43mph.
