Green edge bikes CS2/16 management light

Hi, after a fall my bike is showing this. Tried checking connections etc. Can anyone recommend anything? Tia

The obvious first thing to check is the motor cable where it comes out of the axle. Check that it's not scraped or nicked.

E1 is comms error.
This covers a multitude of possible faults, cable damage may be the first place to look esp in the area where the bike fell/contacted the ground.
The wire loom between controller and display may be a starting point to continuity check each wire /pin contact.
