One size 17" Frame you need to be at least 5 foot 3 inches tall. The bike is similar to the "Newton" shown here:

Well, I qualify for that (just) but have 27" inside leg. What is the height from ground to mid-point of the cross bar, as I like to stand at traffic lights, rather than balance on the cross bar using my testicles as grips.

The height from the ground is 29.5 inches to mid-point of cross bar. The sloping cross bar is 20.5" long and measures 27.5" vertically inline with the pedals. The height of the saddle top is 33" when down and extends about 7".
