goldenmotor problem

got my goldenmotor kit and tested it on the bike to make sure it was all ok,which it was,and seemed to have loads of torque.the next day i fitted it properly on the bike with all the wires cable tied up etc and when i connected it up the wheel would only rotate when i spun it and, was not rotating at full speed.it then stopped and started to reverse very slowly then stoped.i unpluged it and checked all connections and plugged it up and blew a 30 amp fuse,then again.the wheel wont spin without pushing it and when i disconnected the motor wires it spins but with a judder.ive had lots of experence with brushless motors in rc planes.would it have anything to do with hall sensers(which i dont know about?) any help would be very helpfull

We briefly had one member (aqs) with one of these which he had problems with at the outset, and no resolution appeared in this site.

There is a Goldenmotor forum which might help you.

There's also this wiring webpage, which unfortunately appears faulty to me, though I could see some information.

If all else fails, perhaps a mail to Goldenmotor will bring some advice.
