I have a Giant Twist 1.1 which has two Sanyo 26V 9Ah Li-Ion battery packs. I bought the bike secondhand about a year ago but it has been stored and not ridden and i have little experience with it. Originally both batteries appeared to charge and were fully charged when the bike was stored. Now one battery charges fine (red light on charger comes on and goes off when charged) but the trying to charge the other just results in the red light on the charger flashing continuously.
I would welcome any help on this and what might be amiss and how to resolve it.
