My bike has done near 200 miles and im just wondering what sort of maintence I should be looking to do on the front shocks, chain, gearings etc. The has been used off road a little so teh gears are a ittle full of mud, other then that what maitance should i do and what shall i buy tomorrow from Halfords to do it?
