Gazelle innergy battary

Hello everyone, I have a Gazelle electric bicycle, but without the original battery, I bought another one, but it is coded, in Ukraine there are no services or dealers that could solve this, maybe someone has software to do it yourself?

You don't say which Gazelle. Please give more details.
Most Gazelle have Bosch electric systems. They can only work with Bosch batteries; and they have to be the right generation of Bosch battery. You can use a battery of the right type but different capacity.

Is that the one with a front motor? Or a more recent one with a Bosch mid-drive?

Can you get the battery from the previous owner? What happened to it?

I read that there are batteries that work on all bikes without a code, but how do they differ from ordinary ones?

Proprietary bikes like Bosh, Gazelle , Yamaha , Giant and others use CANbus or other hand shaking electrics to confirm thta only a correct battery type is used. These will also have extra wire inputs for the communications.

Other bikes generally of chinese ancestry will use generic comms and batteries , these batteries are simple and only have a V+ & V- wire connection. Batteries can be use don any similar bike set up.

The software for service is for agents/dealers they don't just let anyone have access to it.
