Seriously, I don't see the point, race styled bikes for road use are well catered for by existing designs. This seems difference for differences sake, rather than any true gain.

Every so often, our lives are enriched by some entrepreneurial type who probably believes wholeheartedly that he has single-handedly and thoroughly succeeded in re-inventing the wheel....or, as is usually the case, penned a stylistic version of what we have enjoyed for over a century, known as a bike.
To then fabricate the imaginative frame and components, even if it's just in clay, suggests to me that some people have too much money and time on their hands.
If the designer was short of a bob or two, I'm sure he'd, (she?) have come up with something other than a bike which might produce an income, sufficient to permit a lifetime of flights of fancy.
I'd like to say something nice about this contrivance, I really would.
