French mail delivery

Hello,

I am just back from a trip home to the south of France.
The French Post Office is using e-bike. Looking online it doesn't seem to be that new but they are now frequent enough to be seen. The one I have seen looked much better, I do not know the make though...

I remember reading the initial announcement some while ago, but I've forgotten the make. I have a vague feeling it might have been French, they have several makes of e-bike, using Chinese bits of course.
