freehub axle washer

noticed my rear wheel was not spinning freely when i tight up the bolts on the wheel , The problem is i need a washer big enough to fit over the axle but small enough so it fits in to the freehub,
I have some washers that will fit on the axle but they are to wide and when i tight up the wheel bolts the wheel will not spin, dose anyone knows where to buy some good steel washers that will fit from the uk ,

A standard wash is 12mm inside diameter and 24mm outside. You can buy washers with 12mm I/D and 20mm O/D or file down a standard one. Try Screwfix.
