Help! Folding electric bike error 10

Before buying anything you need to show us clear pics of the controller and each connector for the lights, horn laid out to see clearly. Most bike controllers don't use a brake light function , do you mean brake cut out ?

Test the controller 5v line correctly first to rule it out.

With the lights there is 2 cables running from each brake which activates the rear light.

So I'm getting 1.5v on the motor cables 1.25 on the Pas 1.5 on the LCD 0 on the horn. If it's possible to install a complete new setup I think would be easier. The motor is 10a 350w 36v if that's any use.

The 1st pic is the motor cables, 2nd pic is brake lights and pas i think, 3rd pic is battery and something else, 4th pic is lcd connection. i have no idea what the others are.

Hi i have worked out all the wires and added pics i hope this makes more sense:

red/black=brake lever lights
red/black/blue=horn+lights on/off switch
red/black/green=front light
yellow=battery
red/black/brown=pas sensor
red/black/green/yellow=brake light
blue/green/yellow=motor
red/blue/green/yellow/black=hall
These are the cables from each component not the controller.

I have taken the voltage for everything on the controller box see below:
Brake lever lights=7.82v
Horn+light switch=0
front light=0
Battery=fine
PAS=3.51
Brake light=4.25
Motor= fine
Hall=4.32

If the bike is quite new have you contacted the people you bought the bike from ?
The fact you brake lights and front light , horn switch etc aren't available on most controllers s o some of it esp the brake light will be defunct.

Yea I contacted them and they have offered me to return it but I live in Jersey and it was a nightmare getting here and they will only cover postage from the UK to Germany so I'd rather repair it and keep it.
I'm not bothered about the lights and horn as I can get clip lights and a bell which is fine.
I just want to be able to use the main functions but have no idea which kit to get.
I know there are a lot on Amazon etc but don't want to buy the wrong thing. Basically I just want to be able to use the 3 speed modes on and the twist throttle.
It did have key to turn the ignition but I'd rather a button if it's possible to do.

Ditch the throttle etc ,etc and start again, fit KT current control controller with LCD4 dsplay a new PAS, and three wire thumb throttle. Buy all items form the same shop/vendor, it will then all be plug and play.
