Folding bikes

Was out on a ride got talking to an elderly couple riding bikes from this company. They were visiting the area in motorhome and find them very convenient. Not heard of this seller but they were very pleased. Just looking on site it looks like the two dearest models are fitted with two 10ah batteries. Wonder how that works in practice. Here is link

Bosch announced factory fit double batteries for 2017.

Not sure how that will work, but I suspect bikes that have it will have down tube and carrier batteries - like the one in your link.

I doubt there's anything very clever about the operation, it just means the bike empties one battery then starts on the other, without the need for the rider to stop and change.

David from wisper posted earlier today about double battery Bosch bikes from Riese and Muller.

He expects details next week.

Clicked the link. Folds 4 hours from flat..
I can strip almost any bike in that time
