Fiido D2S problem

Hi,
I've fixed my problem but I haven't found any posts in connection with this problem. I wanted to help Fiido owners who face similar problems.
Error description:
-Brand new bike
-works fine in pure electric mode (when you pull the throttle)
-If I start turning the pedal it won’t help it with the electric drive.
-You can facing with many malfunction from the same reason

Solution
Unfold your bike
Remove the four screws around the high current connector (not on the accumulator side)next to the hinge.
Observe the pins in the connectors (very precisely)
I had one pin(with a wire) falling out from a connector.
After push it back with a small flat screwdriver the problem was fixed.

Thanks! Happy to hear yousr is trouble free for a while. We have bought 3 pcs. Two of them had the same problem. The cable management is poor at the controller (like a bird nest ) So if you will have problem in the future just begin the troubleshooting there.
