Fiido d2s display auto switch off

HI All. I got a fiido d2s. After riding the bike for approx 10 minutes the display goes off and motors goes off too. I have to press the top botton to switch back on, but after 10 minutes the display goes off again .I was trying to understand the cause and I realised that if I change the level of pedal assistance then the display will not switch off. Looks like the display will auto switch off unless I press botton to change the pedal assistance level.
I contacted fiido and they send under warranty 1 new display and 1 new controller wk3615ys, but the problem is still there. I also replaced the battery but still not fixing the problem. Did any one had the same problem and how did u fix it. Thank you in advance for all your help

Can also ask if is normal for the d2s dispay to auto switch off ( after 10 minutes ) when the bike is not in use . Mine does that too.
But the problem is that it does even if the bike is in use . Thank you for all your help on this matter . Regards Luigi
