Best laugh I've had in quite a while.
A local business park has a burger van and they set there tables out over the cycle path, a pain in the summer when he's buissy, but I don't care anymore, after seeing what council's think acceptable.

Maybe they'll put us 'on a pedastel'. Was some videos on rudetube of vehicles trying to nip thru, after bollard had been lowered for a bus, and becoming impaled as it popped back up, ouch! :0

Seems Westminster & City may be a stumbling blocks to Mayors cycle Grid plans as first doesnt want them and the City does its own thing with Corp of London. From ibikelondon blog, this snippet "Barbican... Special City Byelaws outlaw the very possession of a bicycle on the pedways; there was simply no space for cycling in this vision of the future". Oops, doesn't sound very cycle friendly! . Might be reason for jump to Skycycle, network rail property connecting the 5% of TFL controlled roads, so boroughs can't obstruct it? Happy New Year!
