Hi I am looking for an ezee bike controller, not having much luck finding a replacement for my wheelchair attachment. Can these be repaired or tested anywhere? I'd prefer an ezeebike controller as all the connectors would match.
The problem im having is theres no response when I activate the thumb throttle. Throttle is new. Battery/,power lcd screen is new battery recent and putting out 36v. Wheen appears to work. The controller is not that old either. Red light comes on controller and it flashes when throttle activated but no movement! Thanks

What type of throttle have you used ?
Is it a generic ebike one ?

I have replaced with the same throttle that originally came with the attachment. Not got a photo of actual throttle handy at the moment unfortunately(but found an image). It has 2 wires with an orange connection that plugs into this led screen. I have a ezee controller fitted too.
Thanks

Yes Jeff has helped me alot in the past. Unfortunately the last controller I bought got put in my waste bins by Yodel and the dustbin people took it away! I bought another for another supplier but no joy in getting it working.

The throttle is 3 pin/wires, it is possible that the pin sequence is wired wrong in the connectors.

,sorry it has 3 wires that have an orange connection that is factory sealed. This plugs into the corresponding 3 plug on the led read out. This is also factory sealed. Bought the led and throttle from same place as they just plug together. Do you think cutting the wires and trying different configuration may work? Thanks for advice.

No if bought from the same place they are highly compatible and miswiring shouldn't be an issue.
Testing the wiring is damn hard as the controller is potted and there is no way to directly test the waterproof connectors.
At over £100's a time it isn't cost effective to keep replacing controllers willy nilly to find it still doesn't work.
You don't say where you are in the country as someone may be able to help testing if nearby.

For testing one needs to check the controller 5v is ok and the throttle voltages are correct, to do so one needs to diy a simple Y lead so one can access the wire outputs to try and pin point where the fault is. Testing is the only viable way to go otherwise as mentioned willy nilly just buying stuff is expensive and before you know it you might as well have bought a whole new controller kit.

The example pic is fuzzy but one needs a male & female julet with tails and both connected to a three way connector or household wire strip so the three wires are in parallel, one then inserts the Y lead between the throtlle connector so one can access the connetor block contacts with meter probes to test the voltages.
In my example I used a three way wago connector.
y lead.jpg

Using the Y lead we can check the controlelr 5v rail is fine and not compromised, if the controller 5v is compromised then the controller is faulty.
If we connect the throttle to the Y lead we check for operation volatge to see if the throttle is at fault .
