I reviewed the Evercross EK30 on my YouTube channel, and have attached a link to it below. Any feedback on how I can improve future videos would be greatly appreciated.

What sets this bike apart from other Ebike’s is the seat. Traditionally you’ll have a normal bicycle seat but this EBike has adopted a moped like design which in my view makes longer journeys more enjoyable and comfortable.

It also meets the EAPC legislation so completely road legal. What do you think?

Hmmm! What to say? OK, here goes. While I was watching it, I was thinking there was some improvement from the last one, though still too much time wasted on trivial things, like reflectors that all bikes sold in the UK have to have on the pedals. Just when I was getting interested, the video finished.
  • How well does it go up hills compared with other ones?
  • How much actual power does the motor give?
  • Can you air-pedal it?
  • How quickly dies the motor engage?
  • How much does it run on after stop pedalling?
  • How far can it really go before the battery runs out?
  • How comfortable is it after 30 miles continuously?
  • When the motor starts up, does it ramp up comfortably or here on with full power?
  • Do the assist levels relate to speeds (speed control) or power levels (power control)?
These are the sort of questions that people want answered. I don't think you gave any more info than what anybody can see in the listings.

One thing I felt a little uncomfortable about was you mentioned the seat and how you thought it was better than a normal one, yet you hadn’t actually ridden it. You should've done a ride to flatten the battery, then you could have told us how far it went and how much your backside hurt. I'm no expert, but I'm guessing that bicycle seats are as they are for a reason. One other thing: The indicators are clearly useless and probably dangerous if anybody thinks they're otherwise. You should have just pointed to them and said, " That's what you get" or something like that.

There are problems with the legality of many of these sort of bikes, so you should get yourself a list of the 4 basic requirements and show evidence of them being met right at the beginning of the video, and if they're not met, say so clearly and what it means:
"There's the 250w marking on the motor"
"There's the labelling that shows the manufacturer's name, voltage and maximum speed"
"There's the power cutting off at 15.5 mph"
Show than any throttle doesn’t work unless you pedal or that it only gives power to 4mph.

Finally, you need to think a bit more technically. It has rear suspension, which you presented well, but how long are the bushes going to last on a £500 ebike, and what happens when they're worn out? Likewise, the lovely brown-walled tyres. They not going to last long and you won't be able to get replacements at your local Halfords or any other bike shop, so you could have mentioned how to deal with that. Mention that standard battery that is cheap and easy to get as a replacement. What are the advantages and disadvantages of 48v over 36v?

In summary, you have good presentation skills and good equipment, which is a good basis for making some nice videos; however, the useful information is a bit lacking. Instead of pointing out stupid details, you should've taken the bike for a long ride over a range of different terrains, then told us about what it was like and predict what it would be like to own one. Don't be discouraged by my comments. I can see some improvements since last time.
