Error code

I have an ecotric rocket. The display shows error code 10 (hall sensor from what I researched). I replaced the stator with one from an identical rocket that I know worked well.
I still get the same error code 10. Any help would be nice. The display was recently replaced. but all wires are hooked up correctly.

Logically, the fault is between the motor and the controller. How did it start? Maybe you're not pushing the motor connector all the way to the marked line.

Most of the time it’s a connector problem. There are many posts on here like yours and after chasing their tales for ages they usually find a pin isn’t making contact properly somewhere.

Either a bent pin in a Julet connector or JSTSM pin not making proper contact. I have had it happen several times on SM connectors. I hate the things because they are so small and fiddly to make a decent crimp. And are too delicate for my liking.

I use motorcycle connectors as much as possible because I find them more reliable and easier to work with.

it shows error on both stators. i doubt if its the connector.
Too many times, instead of spending one minute checking what I'm telling you, people like you would rather waste much longer postulating your own theories about what it is or isn't, in which case the best I can do is to wish you good luck.

The connector being all the way to the line is an absolute condition: It's either to the line or it isn't. Which of the two possibilities is it?

Ever considered the fact that other than being arrogant you may be wrong

Even if you are 100% correct, I pity you if that is how you treat others

I have seen many times where people post controller errors and then ignore what Saneagle and others say about checking connections first. Then they spend ages and waste money replacing parts only to find eventually that the fault was a connection problem.

I'm not wrong. It's quicker to check the connector than write about it. If you think otherwise, it's you that's wrong.

I'm going to have to buy a rear hub kit just so that I can experience this line!

One can also have the same experience with a front hub as well.

The machine I may experiment with has two of those!
