Emtb querie

Hi, looking at getting some info on emtb in relation to pedaling when not using the battery or if its depleted even, I have noticed the focus jam2 range gets good reviews for this but doesn't seem to be mentioned by any other manufactures

some motors will have less drag than others and the best way to see what one you like is to have a test ride but these things are 20kg plus so will require effort even if it had no motor at all.

I road tested a Cube racing bike with one of these motors fitted recently. Unfortunately I was far from impressed. It was fine on the flat or slight hill, but anything steep it provided hardly any assistance. Shame really as I liked the look of the bike and it was nice and light. It would probably be fine in you live in an area without too many hills, but I am surrounded by them.
