is it me or is there like only 5 off us that use clipless paddles

I'm Shimano clipless, but have the SH56 cleats which release in all directions and have the tention at 10 clicks up.
I tried flats but feel more secure on the pedals with clipless.

25 quid for a new one and only Adrenalin sells them

will give the old mech a clean and new grease to the jockey wheels and new lock tight on the bolts encase i need to use it again pretty much stripped down bar the clutch n not touching that lol.

there is a 1 and a 2 on the jockey wheels so one is top if you mix them up
