Need help understand why my PAS sensor is not working at all. The red LED light is not coming on or flickering near the magnet. Did I miss something ?

Is this a newly built bike and the sensor has never worked, or a working bike that has stopped working?

Pictures of the sensor in place, including the magnet might help too.

If no Red LED is showing then it isn't seeing 5v, either the connection isn't fully home or the wiring sequence isn't correct. These are easy to fit but if the wiring colours don't concur then thye simply don't work.

Is this a retro fit or new PAS fitted ?

Show us a pic of the wiring at the connection so we can see if the wire sequence is wrong.
