electrics kicking in too slow

hello

my bike has suddenly starting kicking the electrics in to slow and we cant figure why? it has the s866 lcd and i have tried to change the Zero start up and non zero start but neither make it kick in faster and we cant seem to figure why its doing it? can anyone help. it is using PAS, i bought a new magnet and sensor but that hasnt solved it.

Can we have some more details about what you have? That's not much to go on.

The only time I've known that happen before, it needed a new controller.

There is a setting for sensitivity in the S866 display. Have a look at P11 and P12. It should work with them set in the middle of the range.

i tried them two on all different settings and had no joy, if i put p11 on a low enough number to kick in fast then it would go intermittent elec keep goin off. we have 24v battery and 36v controller which was sent as a pair with display. it was workin fine for few month.
