Electric scooter not running

Hi my electric scooter is not running just wondered if anyone could help me

When plugged in to charger all lights come on but no power to the motor No accelerate. when off charge very slight power would the motor work when plugged into mains as my old one did

Tbh it is very hard to tell from your post.

Is this sla or lithium battery ? What voltage ? Brushed or brushless motor ? Do you have a multi meter or can you borrow one ?

There are steps to.diagnose the issue but we need to Know the above to get started. If you have no idea can. you post what is written in charger ?

Btw- I am not judging but these are illegal in UK on anything other than private land which is one reason why you may get fewer responses

They're 24v DC brushed motors. Almost certainly, it needs new batteries. You need to charge them and then measure each with a voltmeter. They should be over 13V each.
