flecc Member Oct 25, 2006 53,161 30,578 Nov 22, 2006 #2 Definitely use the original controller John, or if you no longer have it, get a replacement as a spare from www.powabyke.com There's no problem with using virtually anyone's NiMh battery, since the demands of that 180 watt motor will be easily coped with.
