Hi All, through searching I've seen a few threads on this forum about electrifying Elephant Bikes/Prontos, but they never fully answered my questions.
I went ahead and fitted a Bafang bbs motor to an elephant bike and I now have an excellent utility bike for use around town. There's a Fandom Page for Prontos so I've added an article about e-bike conversion for any future people in my situation:
