Excellent fun in some woods as long as it is not too steep, Fantastic, went around some puddles and some fields, apart from having the cogs of a tricycle, it's great HOWEVER -as shown in the photos, water in the electronics leaking through the sides and the top, water inside the battery case, it's like the electronics form a drainage system from the frame and cables.
so with silicone sealant, a rubber glove, some candle wax to reseal the silicon tube, and some sealing plastic sheet to place under the bolts and joints of the top and side covers it should be okay...

leaky box

i sealed the box up, watch out for the little bolt holes under the rubber battery foot, superbly placed to leak water running down the back of the battery , also made a half mudguard to stop rear wheel spraying onto frame, put all the electrics into a sealed bag, made a rubber lining for the access panel... works a treat. there are two threaded bolt holes just above the cable exit on the frame, i use these either for a crud catcher, or a water bottle holder, depending on the weather. Don't forget to check the bottom bracket for adequate grease, big problem on these bikes.

glad you're enjoying your 'bargain' bike.
