I see new ebay sellers like that all the time, featuring tempting low prices for non-impulse buys - zero rated as sellers; at some point ebay scammers have to move money with bank details stored on ebay... possibly through a chain of shared accounts held by holding companies based in the Canaries, Jersey, Lichtenstein and The Vatican.
