Is there an association between a Suron and canabis?

QUOTE:

The court heard that Hall is “an anxious person who cares for his brother and partner’s child”.

Hall pleaded guilty to a number of offences.

They were driving without a licence, driving without insurance and assault by beating of an emergency worker.

Hall also possessed a quantity [of] cannabis.

The recorder jailed Hall to six months, with a concurrent term of four months, but it was suspended for 18 months.

He was ordered by the court to pay £250 for driving without insurance, £150 for driving without a licence and to pay £250 compensation to the officer.

The defendant will also have to pay a £187 victim surcharge to the court.

He was warned he will be jailed for 14 days if he fails to hand over the money.

Hall was banned from driving for two years and will also have to resit his driving test.

Of course there is, they are final delivery vehicles.

Most dealers here will send out weed etc. in sealed airtight bags to stop the delivery guy pilfering and to stop the delivery guy stinking.

I ended up at a random card game in a flat somewhere in South Side a few Saturdays ago after one to many in pub with some guy I vaguely know. They ordered 4 different drug deliveries whilst I was there, weed/coke/MDMA/acid - all delivered within 15mins but none on bikes, all small cars.

It's been documented that County Lines gangs have kids running about on ebikes though it's not caught on here from what I seen.

I wonder if the drivers of the cars are declaring 'commercial use' on their insurance ?

Haven't touched that stuff myself in well over 20yrs, stopped the day my first child was born.

Insurers are missing a trick, they need to add 'Drug Dealer' to the list of occupations...
